Endless expressions of versatile beauty and originality of human amaze me. My photographic presence is to capture these magnifcent moments of expressions. I believe that these moments are not just made by the camera itself, but by the photographer’s passion for unfolding the mystery akin to a visual story. For this story to be compelling connections between the subject and the photographer are ever so crucial. I want to take photographs of people that I care about in a deep and honest way. I want to relate to the person, appreciate and capture their inner beauty, strength and humanity that can fascinate others. I want to capture not only what the bare eyes can see but also describe their true self. I want to hear with my eyes and want to capture something that transcends a sense of surrealism. I am inspired by photographers such as Yousuf Karsh, Rodney Smith, Gregory Crewdson. The paintings of Edward Hopper and William Whitaker also inspire me. Stimulated by the essence of their creative ideas, I am gradually establishing my own style through my work, experiment and research.
